Schweizer Dipple Inc. (SDI) is a full-service mechanical contractor specializing in Industrial process piping, fire protection systems, Sheet Metal, Heating and Air Conditioning service.SDI has recently moved into our new State-of-the-Art 25,000 sq. ft. Fabrication Shop and Offices. Our Fabrication Shop is equipped with the latest equipment in order to pre fabricate piping systems and sheet metal to minimize field work, which helps our customers with scheduling and budgeting. SDI also holds maintenance contracts with many companies in the Northeast Ohio Area and can accommodate any service or emergency work. We are holders of the “R” Stamp for pressure piping code work which includes in-house state of Ohio Certified Welder, approved in carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, inconnel and chromium to name a few. We also have personnel trained and Certified in fabrication of Teflon and Kyner-lined pipe systems along with polypropylene and fiberglass systems.

SDI can handle any size project from daily maintenance and outage work to major expansions and new construction. It’s hard to envision a need for piping which SDI has not installed or does not have the capabilities to install.

Unlike many sheet metal contractors, SDI will design, fabricate and erect specialty jobs. Our flexibility is unique. We will fabricate and install, fabricate for your own contractors to install, or install what someone else has fabricated.

Our fabricating and erection capacities range from 26ga through 1/4" plate while specializing in, but not limited to, 3/16" to 16ga welded and/or mechanically fastened fabrication utilizing hot/cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminum and fiber reinforced plastics (FRP).

   INDUSTRIAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE

Our specialized service makes SDI the only choice for heavy industrial applications.

We install, service, repair and maintain industrial heating equipment up through 5 million BTU's (Direct and Indirect Fired); steam; hot water heating systems along with air conditioning systems from 1 to 50 tons. HVAC systems can be designed as a self contained system, with equipment from all major manufacturers, or a specialized built-up system AC or DC. We will custom design a maintenance program to fit the sutomers needs.
